Our workforce is made up of 95% experienced professionals over the age of 50. These individuals bring not only expertise and reliability, but also an exceptional level of commitment. However, given the high workload that is typical in our industry, we recognized that rest and personal recovery time are essential. The traditional 5-day workweek left little room for genuine recuperation for our employees as well as for the management team. Creativity, innovation, and strategic thinking require time and mental space. This is exactly what we set out to create.
For us, the 4-day workweek is more than a scheduling model. It is a reflection of our approach to sustainable leadership. We believe that business success and employee well-being must go hand in hand.
